San Juan's customs brokerage, since 2007
We file at the Port of San Juan every day from our main office in Cataño, across the bay and minutes from the harbor that feeds the island. For 19 years we have cleared freight through the Port of San Juan and the island's airports, and handled the second clearance every mainland broker forgets, the excise tax and SURI presentation that actually frees your cargo.

The port that supplies an island
Nearly everything Puerto Rico consumes crosses a dock, most of it through San Juan. The mainland trade moves on Jones Act carriers on tight weekly schedules, and the foreign trade brings the rest of the world direct. Different lanes carry different paperwork: foreign arrivals need full CBP entries, mainland arrivals do not, and both need the island's excise declarations before the freight truly moves. We run all of it, every day, from ten minutes away.
Both clearances, one office
A container in San Juan answers to two governments: CBP for the federal entry, Hacienda for the arbitrios declared through SURI. Brokers who only do the federal half leave importers stuck at the second gate. Excise presentation and clearance, SURI declarations and APHIS permits are core services here, filed by the same team that filed your entry, so the two releases land together.
The island's link to every mainland port
Because we serve every US port under the national permit, San Juan importers get more than a local broker: freight routing through Miami, Jacksonville or Orlando clears under the same account, the same filer code EWV, the same file. Two licensed brokers, Julio Rodriguez and Juan Rodriguez, and an 18-person bilingual team sit behind every entry.
Tariff refunds
Paid IEEPA or Section 301 tariffs? Find out what you can get back.
Licensed customs brokers since 2007, filer code EWV. We file your refund under our own license: IEEPA claims through CAPE, protests, post-summary corrections and duty drawback. Priced per entry and quoted before you commit, with no percentage of your refund.
