Talk to a licensed broker

Two offices, one filer code, both languages. Call, email, or send the form and a licensed customs broker will get back to you Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am in Cataño and 8:00 am in Orlando until 5:00 pm, local time.

Reaching us

Phone is fastest: 787-705-9136 in Cataño, 321-263-1721 in Orlando. Email works around the clock: julio@juliorodriguez.com. Either way you reach the brokerage team directly, not a call center, and you can hold the whole conversation in English or Spanish.

FAQ

What are your business hours?

Cataño: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Atlantic time. Orlando: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Eastern time. Monday to Friday at both. Email anytime and we will pick it up the next working morning at the latest.

Which office should I contact?

Either one reaches the same team and the same filer code. Island freight naturally starts in Cataño and mainland freight in Orlando, but any entry can be handled from either desk.

Can I visit in person?

Yes, at the Cataño or Orlando office. Call first so the right person is at the desk when you arrive.

Start the conversation

One call or one form. A licensed customs broker reads every inquiry, and the first conversation costs nothing.

Tell us about your shipment

A few lines is enough. A licensed customs broker reads every message, and a half-filled form is a completely normal way to start.

* Required. Email or phone, either one is enough.
